Mark M. Johnston, D.D.S.
Dr. Johnston grew up in Alma and is one of eight children. He spent his college days in New Hampshire, where he graduated from Dartmouth College. Dr. Johnston attended dental school in Ann Arbor at the University of Michigan. After graduating in 1985, Dr. Johnston moved to Lansing area to establish his practice.
Dr. Johnston has been active in sports while in high school and college and currently loves to play golf and fly fish. He is also very active in the local and state dental societies. Dr. Johnston and his wife Mary attend St. Mary Cathedral in downtown Lansing.

Robin - Hygienist
Robin started her career in dentistry when she became certified as a dental assistant in 1982. After ten years of working in the dental field, she decided to apply to the Dental Hygiene program at Lansing Community College and graduated in 1994. It was in 1994 when Robin began working for Dr. Johnston.
Robin is very passionate about helping her patients understand the importance of oral health and its connection to their overall health. She is a wonderful hygienist with a calm chairside manner and kind demeanor.
She stays busy participating in activities and various groups at her church. Robin also loves spending time with her family and two beautiful cats, gardening and enjoys reading.
Michelle - Practice Administrator
Michelle started her career in dentistry in 2009 when she was accepted into the Dental Hygiene program at Lansing Community College. She graduated from the program in 2011 and found herself at Dr. Johnston's office working as an Administrative Assistant. She has enjoyed the front office atmosphere so much that she knew it was the place for her!
With her knowledge of dentistry and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, she is the perfect person to help you with scheduling, financial planning, and insurance needs, and oversees our business financial systems. Patient advocacy has been a passion that has always lined up for her overall enjoyment of people. Building personal relationships, working through treatment concerns and creating financial plans has inspired her desire to grow in all of these skills.
Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, their three daughters, and golden retriever. She also loves to travel, craft, and plan events and parties.
